Fabulous backpack, its huge and thats wat I prefer! Years ago in 2022ish, I bought the white/grey DIOR Nike swish sign backpack with gray lettering(same size just different decal) after 2 years, it was falling apart, but I use this for mobile home haircuts, so im constantly throwing it around, being on so many different tables/grounds/outside elements and it lasts pretty good. Now ive had it for about 9 months and some, ive seen some wear and tear by the straps connected to top of backpack. The same thing happened to my first DIOR one, I had to sow it several times in different places all over the bag, thats why i took one star. But they are just the website that sells these bags, once you order one,they have it specially ordered to you. Then they get it s3nd backto them and then send it out is what customer service said on my first bag, it took twice as long for it to come which I was shocked they gave me a ton of free Barber tools capes accessories even a beard trimmer. So the wait was worth the shipping delays bcuz of the free gifts! They went above n beyond n answered back fairly quickly in emails to solve the problem. The only thing I wish is that it was a little bit more heavy duty and the sewing tread were a little bit more heavy duty as well. I did have to change the zipper three different times because it wouldn't zip anymore but it was easy to install another one if you know what you're doing. That was another downfall as well. But I am very active with this bag and it gets a lot of carelessness but I get comments on this alot. Will be ordering more in the future when needed again, especially since the price is going down from #100 the 1st time i got it to $60-70. The video shows everything. Also the measurements are almost 20 in with the handle on the top included and about 14 to 16 in across with water bottles on either of them.
